Do you ever found French-style cheese in Beijing? Today I found it. At a local market in the middle of Sanlitun village. Called “Le Fromager de Pékin”. Great name. The cheese smells good and has a unique taste. I felt in love with all the goat cheese. Le Fromager de Pékin was established in 2009 by Mr. Liu Yang. He learned how to make cheese by traditional methods in France. Today he offers more than 20 varieties of French-style cheese. Le Fromager de Pékin participated in the 2015 International Cheese Competition in Tours, France, for the first time and won two gold medals.
